Registering and Booking
Before using any Door 2 Door transport service, passengers and groups need to register. This is very straightforward and requires the completion of a simple registration form. You can download a form for Sheffield's and Doncaster's services here, otherwise please contact your local operator.
As part of this process potential passengers will need to state why they are unable to use conventional public transport. Once you have registered, full information will be sent out to you regarding how to book a journey and fares.
When booking a journey with Door 2 Door transport, please be prepared to be flexible with your journey time. The times offered by Door 2 Door booking staff will be influenced by other bookings already taken.
